International EBMAS Rules and Regulations

The regulations are designed to prevent future problems between States Coordinators, Head instructors and up coming D-licensees. It is our duty to bring matters on the table and clear problems before it escalates and it becomes un-repairable. Not only the will local school and the Head instructor lose there image in the public eye, the entire EBMAS will lose and others who are have nothing to do with it will take the punishment of two who are letting their ego escalate.

Regulations

Between EBMAS Head-instructors, students and D-licenses:

  1. The relationship between instructor & student should be fair and in good harmony.
  1. The instructor is responsible for the education of the student for the time he is joining his school. (Don’t let students teach students because the instructor is lazy, only D-licensed holders can instruct.)
  1. The instructor shall not miss use the students as servants for his private live such as cleaning his Car, mailing his mail, laundry etc, etc.
  1. Students should help to keep the school in order and clean and helping the new beginners to understand the wsps customs and how to address elders, such as Sifu, Si-hing.
  1. The Head-instructor should be the best rolemodel for his school and be good and fair leader.
  1. Every upcoming D-licensee (10 Student level required) from 8 Student level on should teach once a week if his time permit for free, the Head-instructor is responsible for instructing the future D-licensee on how to teach And pre-pair the students.
  1. The Head instructor has to encourage the upcoming instructors to go to EBMAS HQ seminars.
  1. If the D-licensee can’t under any circumstances work with the Head instructor, he is allowed to run his School according to the EBMAS regulations in a different free unoccupied area.
  1. All students EBMAS / AEWTO applications must paid by cheque or money order made out to EBMAS / AEWTO.
  1. One area is 10.000 populations, (if a city with a 60.000 population, there can be 2 EBMAS schools), if more than 50.000 population or more than two zip codes’s than EBMAS will decide an area according the zip code in that City!
  1. If there is already an instructor he has the option first to open another EBMAS branch, and if he has no interest then EBMAS will give that area to someone else. This is to prevent competition within that city, but if the instructor doesn’t have interest than it is a free area.
  1. The Head instructor must inform the D-licensee (8 student grade) about the EBMAS regulations, on fee’s made out to the EBMAS etc.
  1. In case of problems between Head instructor & D-licensee, the HQ & Chief instructor Dai-Sifu should be informed and be consulted.
  1. The Head instructor should be fair and reasonable in future enterprises with the D-licensee; he should have a fair split of income from schools the D-licensee is running for the Head instructor (Example: 60 % for Head instructor & 40 % for D-licensee). Other type of arrangements should be put on paper and signed by both parties, and in case of future disagreement shown to Dai-Sifu as proof of agreement.
  1. By misunderstandings the students, D-licensees should never be black mailed by the Head instructor or threatened to be kicked out of the organization, this is Dai-Sifu’s and the coordinator’s job after investigating the case.
  1. The Head instructor & the D-licensee must properly and promptly mail in the EBMAS/ AEWTO new and renewed membership applications and fees to the EBMAS HQ.
  1. Both parties must put the wsps first before their problem between each other, so there is no harm for others through their actions.
  1. No Head instructor can forbid any EBMAS member to participate at any EBMAS seminars only Dai-Sifu can make that decision after investigating the problem.
  1. The Head instructor can exclude students from his class if they have behaved improperly and disturbed the peace of the school. The EBMAS HQ should be informed.
  1. The Head instructor and D-licensed instructor should never gossip or bad mouth each other, problems should be cleared in a peace full manner.  Both parties should in any case consult Dai-Sifu's opinion before making any actions, to prevent further problems.

Regulations

EBMAS State Coordinators (For each country)

  1. To become a State Coordinator is solely up to Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe.
  1. Criteria for State Coordinators
    • Absolute loyalty to Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe & the EBMAS (awto/aeo)
    • Correct in business matters (money, payments etc).
    • Fairness towards others with in the EBMAS.
  1. If there is a problem with in a state between two instructors the coordinator has to report to the EBMAS HQ and try to solve the problem between the two parties in a diplomatic manner. If the coordinator has difficulty handling the matter then Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe will step in and solve the problem between the parties.
  1. No coordinator can accept a student from another EBMAS branch in his state. This is to avoid that the coordinator does not become competition for the instructors in his state.
  1. If there is a problem between two neighbouring coordinators, EBMAS will give them a time frame of two weeks to solve there problem, if not this will be taken in each country to all the State Coordinators and they will make a suggestion that each party can live with.  In case this is unacceptable for the parties, Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe will make a decision which all parties will have to comply with.
  1. In case of expelling a State Coordinator the decision will be made by all State Coordinators after having listened and seen all the facts for the reasons why a coordinator should be expelled from the organization.
  1. Reasons for expelling a coordinator could be:
    • Blackmailing fellow instructors in his state
    • Not paying his royalty fees
    • Bad mouthing the EBMAS and /or Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe or other colleagues etc.
  1. The royalty fees must be paid on time and can’t be later than one month, seminars and test fees must be directly paid after the seminar has been conducted and declared and cleared the financial agreement with the HQ.
  1. Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe is the only one can replace a State Coordinator if it’s necessary.  Since that individual person who has been chosen, has the one time chance to make a great income without any prior financial investment immediately makes income.
  1. All the administrative issues stay with the EBMAS.
  1. EBMAS =AWTO / AEO HQ all membership and licenses & school fees are only issued and paid directly to the HQ.
  1. The Chief instructor will give a seminar twice per year at the HQ of the State Coordinator the coordinator has the exclusive right to conduct every 3 month in each school, a testing seminar and all school holders in that state must comply with this regulation and cooperate with the appointed State Coordinator.
  1. If there is the case that instructors have schools in another state other than where he lives, it will be granted to him to conduct if he has the appropriate licenses to give a seminar twice a year in his own school.
  1. He must pay from the seminar money 10% to the local instructor and 10% to the State Coordinator and 10% to EBMAS HQ and declare the test fees as written in the price regulations.
  1. The State Coordinator must give the local instructor his 10% and to the EBMAS 20% plus declare the seminar and test fees with EBMAS HQ.
  1. The State Coordinator must pay his royalty fee for the rights to the state in which he is giving seminars on time at the beginning of each month to EBMAS HQ.
  1. The financial % of shares and so on will be found in the price list regulation of the EBMAS (AWTO / AEO) and everyone has to go by the book.
  1. All school fees and membership fees go directly to EBMAS HQ.
  1. State Coordinators get a 35% for all merchandise from grey hills or EBMAS videos and books 25% from the net not brutto (excluding the production cost).
  1. All uniforms and supplies must be purchased through the EBMAS HQ (grey hills enterprises Inc USA or grey hills Europe).
  1. Any different agreement with Dai-Sifu Emin Boztepe must be in a written form and signed by both parties otherwise it is not valid.

Changes to regulations can only be made by EBMAS International.
